Please complete registration form and then purchase your ticket below or send your payment with our other option. You MUST fill out the registration form fully below first then purchase your tickets.

Tickets are $125 per Golfer.

We have We have 2 preferred options of payment. This is a CASHLESS event. Please note your payment method in your registration form. If you must pay by check (payable to Friends of Al Miller), please note this in your registration form and you will receive the address where to send your check in your confirmation email.
